The Process
Set out first, fixed once
Every tiling job starts with a dry lay and setting-out — working out how the pattern falls against doors, corners and fittings before anything is fixed. It's the difference between a floor that looks planned and one with an awkward sliver of tile in the doorway.
Substrates are levelled and primed properly, movement joints respected, and grout colour chosen to suit the tile — small decisions that make the finished job hold up for years, not just look good on the day.
