This website is operated by Eagle Design & Construction Ltd, company number 12717114, registered office 149 Montrose Avenue, Edgware, Greater London, HA8 0DZ. These terms cover (A) use of this website, and (B) our general terms of engagement for building and tiling work — the specific terms for your job will always be confirmed in your written quotation.

2. Content

The text, photographs and project descriptions on this site are our property or used with permission, and are provided for general information about our work. They shouldn't be treated as a guarantee that your own project will look identical — every property and material is different.

3. No warranty on website information

We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees. Nothing on this site constitutes a formal quotation — only a written quotation issued to you for your specific job does.

4. Enquiries

Submitting the contact form doesn't create a contract between us — it's simply a request for us to get in touch. A contract is only formed once we've issued a written quotation and you've accepted it.

B. Terms of engagement for building & tiling work

5. Quotations

Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the scope described at the time of quoting — work outside that scope, or issues only discoverable once work has started (for example hidden damp, unsound substrates, or out-of-date wiring behind tiling), may require a revised price, which we'll always agree with you in writing before proceeding.

6. Deposits & payment

Where a deposit is requested, this will be stated on your quotation. Final payment terms (including any staged payments for larger jobs) will also be set out in writing before work begins.

7. Changes to the job

If you want to change the scope of work once it's started, let us know and we'll confirm any change to price or timescale in writing before carrying it out.

8. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or postpone a job, please give us as much notice as possible. Any deposit already paid may be non-refundable where materials have already been ordered or time has been reserved specifically for your job — this will be explained on your quotation.

9. Insurance & liability

We carry insurance covering our work. Our liability for loss or damage arising from our work is limited to matters within our reasonable control, and does not extend to pre-existing defects in a property that we could not reasonably have known about in advance.

10. Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work and will put right any defect in our workmanship that you report to us within a reasonable period after completion. This doesn't cover damage caused by others, normal wear and tear, or manufacturer defects in materials you've sourced yourself.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
